As part of the transition to Mercer as the new investment and administration manager for SIL Mutual Fund (SIL), there is a Limited Services Period from 20 February to 13 March 2026.
What is the Limited Services Period?
The Limited Services Period (LSP) is a short timeframe during the transition when certain account services may be temporarily restricted, including access to some forms and tools, to ensure a smooth and secure transfer of the Scheme’s investments and your account information to Mercer.
LSP Transfer Period
The LSP runs from 20 February to 13 March 2026. During this time, some services may be limited.

From 2 March 2026, Helpline team will also be able to assist with some of your queries. You can call us on 0800 405 845 between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.
From 16 March 2026, you will be able to activate your online account with Mercer. We will send you an email or letter with all the details.
