Temporary suspension of payments and switches


Payments and investment strategy changes will be suspended between Monday 30 March and Wednesday 8 April 2026. This suspension is necessary for us to calculate tax for individual members to the end of March which is part of Scheme’s responsibilities as a portfolio investment entity. 

Please plan ahead. If we receive your benefit payment/withdrawal application or change of investment request after 4.00pm Friday 27 March, it will not be processed until Thursday 9 April at the earliest. If you have any questions, please email sil@mercer.com or call the Helpline on 0800 405 845.
