Follow the links below to download the documents and forms for your membership. Digital copies of information related to the Scheme, including the trust deed and latest financial statements, can also be accessed on the Disclose Register (go to 'Search Scheme', enter ‘SIL’ and then go to the ‘Documents’ tab).

Previous fund updates can also be accessed on the Disclose Register. Enter ‘SIL Mutual Fund Employer Lump Sum Scheme’ or SIL Mutual Fund Personal Lump Sum Scheme’ under search for an offer and then click on the ‘Filings’ tab.

The Scheme is no longer open to new members.
